197	election of chairman RESOLVED: (1) That Councillor Adrian Crowther be elected Chairman for this meeting.

199	exclusion of the press and public RESOLVED: (1) That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

200	consideration of complaint no. sbc 012.11 - confidential report and annex The Sub-Committee determined that it accepted the Investigator's report that there was no breach of the Code of Conduct by the Parish Councillor in question. RESOLVED: (1) That there was no breach of the Code of Conduct.
